- Online application: Go to Capfin's website and hit the “Apply Now” button. Before you start, you must create an account, if you don’t already have one. This is done simply by providing your details, such as full name, ID number, email address, and phone number. The process is then completed by uploading copies of the required documents and following the prompts.
- Mobile phone application: Simply send an SMS and they’ll call you back.
- PEP application: If you have a PEP store nearby, you can just walk in and apply for a PEP Capfin loan at the till. The cashier will guide you through the steps. Then just wait for your SMS.
Submitting documents to Capfin
- When applying online, you can upload the documents by selecting the “Upload” button.
- If you apply via Ackermans or PEP, a cashier will scan the documents for you.
- After applying you can attach the documents in an email with your written ID number as a reference.
- If you bank with ABSA, Standard Bank, or Nedbank your documents can be easily accessed, with your permission.
